So Nhan returned from Japan last week. He had climbed Mt. Fuji and all. Four weeks in Japan. Gosh, I'm so jealous.
But even more than that, he bought himself a Les Paul guitar over there! Wtf?! Spur of the moment thing, when he read in the paper that Les Paul had died, he quickly jumped into a music store, and bought the 2009 model, Ice Tea.
And he got it for a bargain. $2500 for a genuine Les Paul?! I'm so jealous. The price of the guitar has rocketed since Les Paul's death; the same guitar over here costs $4500. I wanna get my hands on it, see how it feels, I wanna feel the vibration in your fingers when you play. I'll bet it's magic. I've always wanted a Les Paul; the sound is just so rich and mellowy compared to a Stratocaster.
I've played a Strat and a Telecaster before, and I must admit, there's a difference between those guitars, and a normal guitar. Really. Now I wanna try the Les Paul; see how that feels.
Gosh, I wish I had a spare $2500 lying around...
