Getting ready for summer

Sang convinced me to go on his diet, starting tomorrow. It sounds a bit intimidating, but I'll give it a red hot crack. Chicken and vegetables. Lean meats only. No junk food. Snacks can include nuts or muesli bars. He said he lost 6kgs in a month just from the eating, no exercise.

Let's see how I go.. Phew.

In other news, it appears I might be able to spend next weekend in Sydney. I'm up for work on Friday, and have requested to fly back on Sunday afternoon. Unsure whether it'll be approved, but it'll be nice to be in Sydney and see a bit of the city again. Let's see who's available to catch up and eat! :D
