Jackie sent me this article on a technique to sleep better, and I've been trying it for the past three days. As part of it, it strongly recommended you give up caffeine. Three days now without caffeine, and man, I am suffering caffeine withdrawal symptoms. Headaches, tiredness, and irritability and loss of focus.
I'm hoping I sleep better as a result of this. Decaf coffee tastes horrible. I hope I start feeling better soon.
My head hurts.
