Only a miracle could have drawn me from my blogging hibernation, and would you believe it? A natural miracle did happen over the weekend! Lee gave birth to little baby Charlotte Saturday morning. Oh my Goodness, she's beautiful. She's going to be so spoiled. She's so small, and already, so loved.
It made me smile watching little Moo play with his sister. He talks so much now. I saw him climb up to see his baby sister, and he knew to be gentle with her, and he gave her the softest little kiss on her face. So cute.
Lee: Who's that, Matty?
Moo: Baby
Lee: Baby who, Matty?
Moo: Baby sarrrrrr-lot
Soon after, he started calling her Sar-Lee, as if he already knew she would be called Charlie. So very cute. He's now at the stage where he's questioning everything. So many questions! 'Why' must be his favourite word at the moment. Adorable.
So, congratulations Dan and Lee!!! May Charlotte bring you both lots of joy and happy moments to your growing family :)

Charlotte is one of my favourite names too. It just 'clicked' with Lee, and all of us. Perfect name for her.
ReplyDeleteI'm still holding out re: facebook(!) Still not interested enough to jump onto the bandwagon.. or a fear that everyone will recognise me, even the people I don't want to contact :p eg. high school folks etc..
