Megan received flowers and chocolates a few weeks ago at work - the day I was in Adelaide. Apparently the bouquet was huge, in a big glass vase, and came with chocolates. The cryptic message read, 'Thank you for being you' - no name.
For the past two weeks, we've been scratching our heads and interrogating her on who sent the flowers. Wonder Wu here in the office solved the mystery yesterday afternoon.
Guess who it was? The new guy who started in our team up in Sydney. When he sent the flowers, it was his first week in the job. Bear in mind he's married with kids - he's about 50 I think.
I think it's weird - Wonder Wu thinks it's sweet. The guys here think it's weird.. Megan doesn't like it - it makes her uncomfortable.
Just all very odd. Lucky I didn't tell them I was uncomfortable with the way the guy looks at me. He makes me uncomfortable. Good thing he lives in Sydney!
