Six days in a row that we've had IT issues to f*ck up our day. F*ck. I want to scream at someone. I want to punch someone over in the US. I just want to curse, and just let out this frustration, because after 10 days, still nothing has been resolved, and they still don't know WHY. I keep getting told that they are working around the clock to fix this issue, but seriously, after 10 days, and no closer to any kind of answer, with our customer screaming down our necks at how incompetent we are, it gets tiring. And frustrating. And our guys on the floor are tired. Our customer is tired. Our IT team is tired. We're all tired.
And it is not getting better. And every time I talk to the IT department, and they tell me they get how much pressure we are under, I can hear in their voice that they really just don't give a shit. And I don't know how yet to show them how much this is damaging our brand. We need to try a different tack, because words and emails are seriously not working anymore. I really do want to punch someone. I think that would make me feel better. The f*ck up. Seriously.
*exhales slowly*
We've failed two of our KPI's for this quarter already, and with every day that passes, the KPI's just gets a bigger red mark against it.
I needed this vent. F*ck IT.
