The week started off so well, and ended with me being so drained. Phew. I had my PMA (Performance Management Agreement) on Monday morning. God. My boss is incredible. I have been pretty lucky with the bosses I've had since my working career started: Luzma, all the ladies at the Brimbank City Council, and especially Damian at Transit. And I hold such high regard for all those people, especially Damian, but Craig is just that one step ahead. I can't speak highly enough of him. He's just amazing, and my staff review went surprisingly (even for me) remarkably well. Exceptionally well. Perfect, you could even say.
So perfect that he had no criticisms of me whatsoever, and was trying to sort out issues so that I could have the perfect job and the perfect environment. Amazing. And he asked me what I wanted from the job, and how he could make it possible. I'm still speechless over it. Maybe still stunned. It just went so perfectly well. Amazing. He's just amazing. But what left me feeling so fantastic was I could finally see a path to reach my goal: work overseas for a charity or so.
So my week started fantastically well, and as a result of that, I was rewarded with a step forward - meeting with the client, and sorting out issues on the spot. Now, I'm used to working under pressure, but there's nothing like having four executives watching you work away with your screen for all to see on the data projector. And our lovely client requested we stay back to work late, before taking him out to dinner. Ah well - it's all work, right? And now I am exhausted. But still loving this job.
A question for all you readers - is there really an 'all' in that sentence? - has anyone been redirected to a PORN site when trying to view my blog? I logged into blogger at work, and, occasionally, my blog gets redirected to a home made porn site. Just occasionally, though. It seems like a hit and miss, though. I've tried clearing my history and cache, but, alas, sometimes it still gets redirected. Anyone have any ideas what else I could try? It only ever happens at work, and it can't be virus related, because I do not have Administrator access. Well, I don't have access to anything completely useful, anyway. I didn't even have access to the stupid colour printer before this week's end, either - stupid Administrator lady. I wasn't worthy, apparently.
Anyway, please let me know if you do get redirected - I may have to start up a new blog.
