A conversation with Cathy last night went something like this:
Cathy: I went to buy my train ticket today and the guy at Connex was so rude!
Thuy: What happened?
Cathy: Firstly, he ignored me for five minutes, and then he said, 'What do you want?'
Thuy: Uh-huh
Cathy: Then, he THROWS my money back at me, and then he also THREW my ticket at me!
Thuy: Was there a clear glass window separating you and the fella, with a hole down the bottom? For security?
Cathy: Yea..
Thuy: Oh.. they always throw my tickets at me - it's normal to me..
Cathy: That's never happened to me before!
Thuy: Oh..
Cathy: I was so angry at him, I didn't even say, 'Have a nice day' to him!!!
Thuy: You were that mad, eh?
Cathy: YESSS!!!
