Joining the bandwagon

I don't know what on earth got me thinking of starting a blog. Oh wait. Yes, I do. I have started repeating the same stories, to different friends, and wanted a centralised place to write my ramblings. Rather than have friends listening to me whine. It's a necessity, I say.

After lots of procrastinating, I told a friend I was thinking of starting a blog, to which she responded with:

'Do you remember what you said to me a little while ago when I said I wanted to start a blog??? You said you couldn't think of a single reason why you'd want to start a blog except if you were overseas and wanted to keep everyone up to date on stuff pffffft! :P so there!'

Now that I think of it, that's quite silly of me to say. If I was overseas, hopefully I would have better things to do than sit in an internet cafe writing into my blog. Hopefully.

I suppose that sums up my life at the moment, then, if I'm starting a blog because I'm a little bored. No, that's not right. I'm doing this out of neccessity. To keep my friends informed. Yes. The clincher came this morning when I was chatting with Jany, and she agreed I definitely needed to start my own blog. That way, we won't have to speak to each other necessarily, but still be kept up to date. That convinced me. Good argument. I won't have to speak to people :D So here I am, blogging at work..

I go back home tonight. No more housesitting for Lee this week. I'm actually quite excited to sleep in my bed again, even though I had two gorgeous girls keeping me company the past three nights. Actually, no. Let me rephrase. I had two of three girls keeping me company each night. I'm not complaining :)
